• Relieved the leak has stopped

  Hamaad arrived on time and worked all day. He found 4 leaks under my floor boards and fixed them. He was a very friendly and polite. Unfortunatly, a radiator sprayed water all over the bed, soaking the matteress, while he was here so, I'm still drying out a matteress. He couldn't guarantee that there won't be other leaks in the future. The floor boards are still up because it will take a couple of weeks to dry out under the house. However, I'm delighted that the leaks have stopped so, thank you Hamaad. He text me the following day to check everything was still ok - so, good follow-up.

  Arrived within 24 hours of call. James was extremely professional and empathetic, finding the leak in the concrete floor within 2 hours. He was able to drill down and repair the pipe and then reset the heating system within the next 2 hours.

  It is expensive but the alternatives could prove to be a lot more costly.

• You won't go wrong with Kyle.

  Great experience with our Engineer, Kyle. He worked collaboratively with us given the expectation that the underfloor leak downstairs was going to mean going in through our ornate study flooring. Polite, knowledgeable and efficient, I would gladly hire Kyle again.

• Under floor heating leak

  ADI Leak Detection came out to find the leak in my under floor heating, the technicians name was Gabor, the leak in our under floor heating really was challenging to find, Gabor is very experienced and was the right person for the job, after a lot of different equipment and brain power, he located the area to dig, found and repaired the leak, he is very good at his job, I would thoroughly recommend Gabor and ADI Leak Detection.

  Had water coming up through the laminated flooring in my kitchen as we have underfloor heating I was very worried. Phoned ADI leak Detection. They sent out Paul. He found the leak. Checked everything very impressed with the service. Fixed it. I was kept informed all through the process. Paul was respectful and took time to listen and answer any questions I had. Thank you.

• Top job, very impressed

  I had a central heating leak that was driving me nuts. Two plumbers couldn't find and suggested I pull my LVT flooring up. I called ADI and am so glad I did. From my initial phone call and speaking to Caroline in the office to the final fix was efficient, pain free and effortless. Brett, the engineer arrived on time and set about with his array of instruments and tracked and confirmed the leak. Everything was explained and I witnessed four different instruments confirming his findings. Brett, was very friendly and professional. Taking care of my property and minimising the area of floor to be lifted. All in all, I'm throughly impressed with company and Brett's skills. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

  Excellent service from start to finish. Caroline was very helpful and informative in the initial call, explaining fully how it worked and what the steps were and then we were lucky enough to have Kristof arrive on the day. He was very thorough, identified where the leak was (under the screed in the living room) and then carried out the repair with minimal mess or disruption.

  I would highly recommend Aaron the plumber who delt with our under floor leak from the company ADI. He did an amazing and professional job at finding the leak. He used technology including a thermal camera. He fixed the leak to a high standard and was neat and tidy when putting the flooring back to the original state.

  We had an underfloor leak that the local plumbers weren’t able to detect and repair so we called ADI. Scott and Robert were very professional and detected the leak and set about to repair it. Thankfully they completed it leaving the area around the pipework as neat as they could. I was impressed with the cleanliness of it all considering we had concrete floors and ceramic tiles. I hope I don’t need to use them again but if I did need to, I’d use them again without hesitation.

• Leak in heating pipework under a concrete floor in house with no visible damage to property

  Due to problems with keep losing pressure in the boiler, it was established that we had a leak under a solid floor, without any idea where it was.

  Rang ADI 2 days ago. Spoke to Dave who was extremely helpful and informative. He managed to fit us in today for leak detection and repair with Robert.

  Robert arrived promptly, he was very courteous and ran through everything with us. Then using the specialised equipment, he located the leak under the concrete quickly. He repaired the pipework, performed a thorough check and maintenance of the rest of the pipes in the house. Robert was a very clean and tidy tradesman. We throughly recommend ADI Leak Detection.

• Difficult leak solved by Frank

  Frank arrived to help sort out a mysterious leak from our hot water system. We have a complicated plumbing system in a large Grade 2 listed property. He needed a complete tour of the house but set about the task thoroughly and methodically. The leak was located beneath a concrete floor in our kitchen and he was happy to set about repairing it. Not an easy task in a confined space but it was all done neatly and tidily. I cannot thank him enough for what he was able to achieve. • Kristof was great

  Kristof was great, identified the problem on my ground floor which wasn't easy to find, fixed it, re-fitted the floor impeccably. Not cheap but better to use these guys than some of the other options who waste time and bill by the hour etc. The customer service rep was also very good. Clear comms.

  The technical engineer Mr Mark Pavit we had from ADI dealing with our leak problem was amazing. His knowledge & equipment he used to find the problem was so good. He found the leak in no time & worked so hard to access the leaking pipe which was under the floor screeding. Replaced the pipe re pressurised the system & all is working fine. If you have any issues with under floor heating or leaks I would highly recommend Mr Mark Pavitt.

• Fabulous leak detection and repair service

  Having had another leak detection firm charge me a fortune to try and tell me there was no leak ADI came to visit today. Gabor our engineer was brilliant and located the leak within a couple if hours under the floor in the hallway. He then dug out the area and replaced the area of pipework solving our problem. This has been going on for months, I only wish we had found ADI earlier. Highly recommended.

  I cannot praise this company enough. From my initial enquiry with Christian who was professional and talked me through the procedure for finding my hidden leak and gave me sound advice. To Frank who was the most hard working polite engineer who successfully solved my problem and made minimal damage to my kitchen floor when he pin pointed the leak underneath my stone tiles. I would thoroughly them to recommend to anyone.

• Underfloor leak mystery solved

  We had what appeared to be an underfloor heating system leak. Frank arrived and within an hour had pinpointed that the water was in fact coming from a leaking toilet pipe and then travelling under the floor. He very efficiently repaired the problem and cleaned everything up. Very pleased with his work!

• Very pleased with service

  Our boiler pressure was dropping to zero & we knew we had a leak. Frank came out and used tracer gas to identify the location of the leak. He dug up the floor & replaced the leaking part of the pipe in the same day. Very happy.
