Who we are

Underfloor Leak Detection, a specialist service from ADI Leak Detection. The service, and any personal information you give us when you call or email, is handled by ADI Leak Solutions Ltd, trading as ADI Leak Detection, company number 15870765, registered office Unit L Bpi House, Cores End Road, Bourne End, SL8 5AS. ADI Leak Solutions Ltd is the controller of that information.

What this website collects

This website has no forms, accounts or comment areas, and it does not ask you for personal information. It does not set cookies and does not use advertising or tracking tools.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser details when it delivers pages, to keep the site running and protect it from abuse. We do not use that information to identify you.

When you call or email

If you call 0333 567 2639 or email admin@adiproleak.com, ADI Leak Detection uses what you tell us, such as your name, address, contact details and details of the leak, to answer your enquiry, arrange and carry out the survey, prepare the report and deal with any insurance claim you ask us to support.

How long that information is kept, who it is shared with and how to exercise your rights are set out in ADI Leak Detection’s privacy notice. Ask the office for a copy when you call or email, or before you book.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Contact the office using the details above. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
